The Young Leaders Programme is an amazing opportunity that combines fun and interactive ways for young people between the ages of 11-25 to make a difference within their local community.
The Young Ambassador programmeis specifically designed training where young peoplework towards an OCN Level 2 accredited Young Ambassadors Award and gain the skills required to positively represent the views of their communities.
Peabody’s Transitions programme supports young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the London boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, and Westminster to build positive independent futures and develop essential employment and life-skills.
The Careers academy provide a platform for young people to access work placements to develop their transferable professional skills and gain experience of a professional working environment.
The young people are able to:
- Access Enterprise Workshops to apply their learning to their own business
- Visit workplaces to gain a feel of life in the workplace
- Visit universities to understand how life is as student
The social enterprise programme gives young people the opportunity to attend business masterclasses, industry mentoring, access to desk and event space, training and business development bursaries and placements and project development
All Peabody-delivered or funded services have linked accreditation at a Level 1 Award in Progression. Accreditations include:
